Venue: Quality Hotel Barrycourt, 10-20 Gladstone Rd, Parnell
Have you ever wanted to feel confident when speaking to a group or successfully influence others by your ability to present your case effectively? Influencing people face-to-face is a vital leadership competency.
Whether presenting to a few people or a much larger group, the ability to present is underpinned by some basic rules and skills that can be learned by everyone. This workshop will introduce you to the most useful skills and how to use them. As a result you will build personal confidence, know how to prepare and practice your content, structure short or long presentations, spark peoples interest and support, deliver your case with clarity and impact.
The course is aimed at planners who need to present successful cases, planners who want to build a strong speaking capability and planners who have attended the Practical Leadership for Planners workshop and want to further explore this aspect of leadership skill.
